Silhouette Thread Instalift - I am thrilled with Dr Caruth and with the two procedures! He knew how important my privacy is to me and did everything so that no one could see any swelling or marks. The silhouette threads were not painful at all. He did tiny amounts of lydacain, but I absolutely did not have a painful experience. My face is already more lifted and less wrinkles in the lower cheeks. I went on a 4 hour road trip for the weekend directly afterwards without any trouble. I drove. Thermitight neck on Friday took away the neck creases already! I do have the vocal cords still a bit lax but hoping they tighten up too! I also drove myself and did not have pain.
