Dr. Caruth prides himself in helping patients look and feel their best through the use of innovative techniques and technologies. From body contouring and weight loss to AWAKE breast augmentation, anti-aging, and skin rejuvenation, Dr. Caruth has developed an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality results that exceed patients’ expectations. Honesty, compassion, and commitment are qualities Dr. Caruth strives to live by, exemplified by his receipt of the several industry awards.
Dr. Caruth and his family are Plano natives, having all graduated from Plano Senior High School. In addition, his wife, himself, and both of his daughters are graduates of Texas A&M University.
Dr. Caruth is a nationally certified expert in the latest pioneering rejuvenation and body countouring techniques, including Morpheus8 skin resurfacing, InstaLift sutures, advanced BOTOX and filler injections, BodyTite, FaceTite and Liposuction. He was one of the first Texas physicians to perform radiofrequency ablation of facial nerves to reduce frown lines. Because of his interest and expertise in body contouring, Dr. Caruth trains other physicians around the country in these innovative techniques. In 2008, Dr. Caruth became certified in the AWAKE breast augmentation procedure and is now one of few surgeons performing this landmark procedure. As a full-service cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Caruth also offers services related to women’s overall health to include personalized hormone therapy and medical weight loss.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Dr. Caruth received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center, where he was the chief resident his last year. Dr. Caruth is a board-certified physician in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Since the end of his formal education, Dr. Caruth has continued to gain knowledge in a number of specific procedures and fields, including neonatal resuscitation, advanced cardiac life support, and a vast number of aesthetic and cosmetic surgery treatments.

Love everyone here! Janeesha(sorry if I spelled that wrong), and Rachel are so nice and take time to visit with me in the lobby whenever I come to pick up my monthly supply of meds, Ms Sherri who took care of me after my neck lift, Dr Standefer who did my neck lift, Dr Caruth who monitors my weight loss on my Mounjaro journey, and who previously monitored my weight loss journey on HCG years ago. It just makes a huge difference when you have a great supporting team who are kind and compassionate …thank you so much to Miss Tammy who took my call when one of my implants ruptured and gave me calm and sensible advice. Luckily they are saline so I was able to avoid the ER and set an appointment to create an action plan for weight loss and eventually do the body fat transfer in lieu of replacement implants.
