Vampire Thread Lift

Though conventional means of lifting the face involve surgery, the PDO Thread Lift is a non-surgical option that safely and effectively lifts and contours sagging skin on the face, neck, and jawline using FDA-approved absorbable threads.
The PDO Thread Lift treatment at Beyond Beautiful is tailored to the individual and their specific facial aesthetic goals. In either case, as sutures are placed below the skin’s surface, the body elicits a natural inflammatory and healing response by signaling the production of collagen. Essentially, the newly formed collagen secures the lifting of the skin, and over time, it continues to produce results. What’s more, is that the threads are naturally broken down by the body and do not leave scarring behind. Which Threads Are Right For Me?
During your initial consultation at Beyond Beautiful, Dr. Ho will talk with you about your aesthetic goals in order to recommend the best threading option for you. While both PDO and Silhouette threads are nonsurgical, they utilize different materials to create your optimal results.
PDO Threads
PDO threads are created with polydioxanone, a material that has been used for multiple decades in tissue engineering. It is safe and effective for an instant lift of the skin to combat the effects of aging and skin laxity.
Silhouette Soft® Threads
Silhouette threads are made with PLLA, or poly-L-lactic acid, which is effective in providing skin rejuvenation. Used for years in injectable treatments, PLLA is now available for threading in order to offer exceptional outcomes for an overall younger-looking face.

Thread Lift and Botox - I am in my 40s and Dr. Vu Ho did thread lift and Botox and hands down I literally look 10 years younger !! Love how naturally Bellafill enhances my facial features - I was looking to get PDO threads to lift my skin just slightly and Dr. Ho recommended BellaFill instead. I was a bit nervous since it's a permanent filler, but the results were fantastic and super natural! I've done fillers in the past and hate that they go away with time. I love how naturally BellaFill enhances my facial features and that it will last for many years to come. Silhouette Thread Instalift - Highly recommend on Day 1! I didn't tell anyone what I was doing so shhhh.Three threads on each side of the face and I DO notice a difference. I wanted a subtle difference but a tightening of the face where I've seen some sagging lately (age 57) I am beyond happy. I will keep you guys posted. Silhouette Thread Instalift - I am thrilled with Dr Caruth and with the two procedures! He knew how important my privacy is to me and did everything so that no one could see any swelling or marks. The silhouette threads were not painful at all. He did tiny amounts of lydacain, but I absolutely did not have a painful experience. My face is already more lifted and less wrinkles in the lower cheeks. I went on a 4 hour road trip for the weekend directly afterwards without any trouble. I drove. Thermitight neck on Friday took away the neck creases already! I do have the vocal cords still a bit lax but hoping they tighten up too! I also drove myself and did not have pain. Dr. Caruth is awesome and has a great team of medical professionals! Procedure Friday, blowing Saturday!

Ideal Candidates For a Thread Lift
Men and women of good health may be great candidates for a thread lift procedure using the PDO or Silhouette InstaLift threads. If you have wrinkles, fine lines, and mild to moderate loose skin on your face and want natural-looking results without surgery, you have indicators that InstaLift may be the right rejuvenation treatment for you.
What to Expect During a Thread lift
During your scheduled appointment, we will invite you to our minor procedures room to relax comfortably in the treatment chair. Then, we will use a washable marker to mark the incision entrance and exit points on your facial skin. To keep you comfortable during the procedure, we will inject a local anesthetic, such as lidocaine, into the skin before the InstaLift sutures are threaded into your incision points. It is important to follow all your plastic surgeon's aftercare instructions. The procedure lasts 45 min – 1 hour. In the following weeks, the threaded cones and sutures will dissolve to jump-start healthy collagen production in the process.
Anticipated Results
To get dramatic results, we can combine your PDO thread lift or Silhouette Soft with other skin rejuvenation treatments, such as cosmetic injectable wrinkle relaxers and/or fillers, laser skin resurfacing, nonsurgical skin tightening, and more. Regardless, you will see a difference in your facial skin right away. You may also see swelling and bruising.
