From the first phone call to schedule my consultation, through pre-op, surgery, and every follow up appointment, I have felt so loved and cared for by everyone. I have never felt like I was just a number, I feel like I am part of their family. I look forward to my future follow up appts. Mrs. Miriam is the EPIC medical assistant that always makes me feel at ease prior to Dr. Brownlee checking in on me. She totally had me prepared for my surgery and made sure I understood all the pre and post op requirements. She even made a hotel visit to see me and assist me after my surgery. This meant so much to me and I will never forget that NEXT LEVEL care. 🙌❤️. Mrs. Tami has been absolutely AWESOME at answering all my questions and helping me with my pre-op paperwork. She has also been one of my biggest cheerleaders from start to finish. I love how fast she answers texts, calls, or emails. When my wife and I were staying in the Plano area after my surgery, she was able to help us with some great local restaurants. Every one of the ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and friendly. I am not even 5 weeks out from my surgery with Dr. Brownlee and I am already loving my life-changing results.
